At Lotties Pilates Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality classes and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

 

1. General Policy

 

 

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on memberships, class packages, private sessions, merchandise, or special events unless required by law.

  • If you are unable to attend classes due to illness, injury, or personal reasons, we may offer account credits at our discretion — no cash refunds will be issued.

 

 

 

 

2. Memberships & Class Packages

 

 

  • Memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Expiration dates are set at the time of purchase and will not be extended except in cases of documented medical emergencies.

  • Founding Memberships are a limited promotional offer and are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

 

 

 

 

3. Private Sessions & Events

 

 

  • Cancellations for private sessions or special events must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of payment.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.

 

 

 

 

4. Merchandise

 

 

  • Merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. No cash refunds.

 

 

 

 

5. Class Cancellations by Lottie’s Pilates Studio

 

 

  • If we cancel a class or event, you will receive either a full refund or a credit to your account, depending on your preference.
