At Lotties Pilates Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality classes and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on memberships, class packages, private sessions, merchandise, or special events unless required by law.

If you are unable to attend classes due to illness, injury, or personal reasons, we may offer account credits at our discretion — no cash refunds will be issued.
2. Memberships & Class Packages

Memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Expiration dates are set at the time of purchase and will not be extended except in cases of documented medical emergencies.

Founding Memberships are a limited promotional offer and are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
3. Private Sessions & Events

Cancellations for private sessions or special events must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of payment.

No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
4. Merchandise

Merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. No cash refunds.
5. Class Cancellations by Lottie’s Pilates Studio

If we cancel a class or event, you will receive either a full refund or a credit to your account, depending on your preference.
